diamond car insurance

The level of cover is a disgrace and I am swapping insurers immediately. Next time I won't go for the cheapest quote - you do get what you pay for. When something goes wrong you really do find out what your insurer is like - with Diamond they are happy to take your money but they don't help you at all when you need it. In addition to the low cover, they take so long to get estimates and fix cars - and they never call - you have to constantly chase them.
