My accident happened quite late (thankfully I was already at home otherwise I would have been hysterical) and was given 3 wrong numbers by Diamond customer service before being passed to Admiral as their claims team work later than Diamond ! As Insurance company's generally get a bad press these days for their customer service and are infamous for delaying paying out on any claims, I found with Diamond that all my preconceived ideas to this effect were wrong, Diamond could not have been speedier or more helpful. Diamond get's an A+ from me.
