diamond car insurance

I have been with diamond for 2 years and haven't come across any problems as such, however in Nov 07 I was hit in the side by a moped that was driving down the path with no lights I didn't see them as I turned into a driveway. Diamond have handed my case to albany assistance, at first I was told that the moped driver was insured with Norwich Union and that the quote for my repairs had been forwarded to them and as soon as they accepted I could get my vehicle sent to be repaired.
