diamond car insurance

I insured with diamond because they gave a good quote and were well known so i presumed they would be fine. Being unfortunate to be involved in an accident which was not my fault, I expected them to sort it out for me, since that is what insurance is for. I dont have time to go through every individual detail they messed up but in summary they were totally incompetent and useless and so was the legal company they use.
